The Thanksgiving catering options are designed for a convenient and quality way to feed family and friends this holiday season. Local foodies who are interested in trying the Mac & Melts menu before the restaurant is open to the general public can place an order for any of the following “Take and Bake” dishes:
- All American Mac: Cheddar and American Cheeses
- 5 Cheeses: Aged cheddar, American, Smoked Mozzarella, Parmesan and Aged Gouda
- The Mac of All Daddies: Roasted Garlic, Bacon, Roasted Red and Jalapeno Peppers, Zucchini, Basil, Mushrooms, Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes, Grated Parmesan and Gruyere Cheeses
- Margherita Mac: Roasted Garlic, Fresh Roma tomatoes, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, Homemade Pesto topped with a scoop of Ricotta
- Veg Head: Broccoli, Tomato, Grilled Zucchini , Peas with a Creamy Parmesan, Goat Cheese
- A la Panna: Prosciutto, Peas , Parmesan Crème Sauce
- Buffalo Chicken: Cheddar and American Cheeses with Tender Boneless or Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce, Crumbled Blue Cheese optional
- Alpine: Slab Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Gruyere and Aged Gouda
- Jordan: Grilled Chicken, Locatelli, Burnt Broccoli
- South Philly: Shaved Rib-Eye Steak, Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms topped with Homemade Cheese Whiz, option to add Aged Provolone

All catering dishes come in half (serves six to eight) and full sizes (serves 12 to 15) and can be stored for convenient serving. Orders must be placed by Saturday, November 23 and picked up by Wednesday, November 27.
