Raises Approximately $1.6 Million in Growth Capital and Extinguishes Over $1.45 Million of Debt - - Capital Deployment Initiatives Focused on Core Business Growth and Accelerated Development of ButtKicker Live!® Broadcast Technology -
WESTERVILLE, OH ( August 28, 2012 - The Guitammer Company (OTC BB: GTMM), a leader in low frequency sound and creator of the award-winning line of ButtKicker®-brand low frequency audio transducers that provide an immersive “4D” entertainment experience for audiences, announced it successfully completed its Private Placement offering on July 31, 2012. The offering was a “unit” offering where 6.34 million restricted shares of its common stock at $0.25 per share and warrants to purchase 6.34 million additional shares of its common stock were sold, generating approximately $1.6 million of new equity growth capital for the Company. The warrants to purchase additional shares are exercisable at $0.36 per share for two years following their issue date. The shares and warrants were offered in units in a private offering to accredited investors pursuant to the private offering exemption, Section 4(2), of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

In addition, the Company exchanged and retired more than $1.45 million of existing debt for approximately 8.7 million shares of its common stock, with the vast majority of the debt valued at $0.25 per share. As Isadora raises the child, known as Dora, she seamlessly integrates her with other black children in the local town. From learning to play games and defend herself to singing in the all-girls choir, Dora is unaware that she is any different to the other children she is growing up with that is until about the age of six years old. Dora suddenly begins to learn that something about her just isn’t the same as the others around her, and asks herself, “Why do I look so different?”

As time passes, Isadora falls into ill health and feels it is time for Dora to meet her real father. Now a successful merchant in San Francisco, Tom Chan makes the long journey South in the hope that his Daughter won’t hate him.

Knowing that her father is the only link to her past, Dora embraces his presence and moves back to California to assist him with his business. Having returned to China to learn her native language, her new-found culture brings her back to the United States and into marriage with a Chinese native.

As the author explains, ‘Isadora Wong’ fuses two cultures with boundless hope.

Plastic Surgeon in Toronto Offers Innovative New Tummy Tuck Technique

The surgery follows this general process: an incision is made and excess skin is removed, after which the belly button is temporarily detached, ‘floating’ above the muscles (hence the name of the technique). The muscles are tightened and reshaped from sternum to pubic area, rather than just below the belly button as is the case in a traditional mini-tummy tuck. After more excess tissue is removed to smooth and firm the contour of the abdominal area, the belly button is reattached from the inside. If necessary, it may be moved down one or two centimetres for a more aesthetically pleasing result. Liposuction may be performed to remove more unwanted fat. The incision is then closed and dressed.

For Suitable Candidates, FAB Better Than a Traditional Tummy Tuck 
Because of the shorter incision, the patient typically experiences less trauma and thus a shorter recovery period. Compared to traditional abdominoplasty, patients have no scar around the belly button since there is no incision made there. FAB is suitable for anyone with significant stretching and weakness of their abdominal muscles after pregnancy or dramatic weight fluctuations. It is most suitable for candidates with a moderate amount of excess skin and fat, but with little to no stretch marks.
