Bangkok – Right Angle Design Co. Ltd, a Bangkok-based Thai-owned contracting company, announced today the commencement of a civil lawsuit against another Bangkok-based company, Monster Media Co. Ltd.
The lawsuit was initiated by Right Angle Design in response to the almost two-year process the company has gone through trying to, unsuccessfully, complete the collection of the final payment owed to them by Monster Media. Right Angle Design was part of the contracting team that created a modern, sophisticated office space for Monster Media on the 17th floor of the Centralworld office complex in downtown Bangkok.
Monster Media Managing Director Jai Govindani, who is also the managing director of websites vodio.com and PhotoMe.com, was unavailable for comment on the matter. Right Angle Design has been in business in Thailand since 1995 building and renovating both residential and commercial spaces.
