Kicking Down Boarders for Underprivileged Children

Adam Aziz is the Founder of ‘Freekicks.org.’   This organization is kicking down boarders and giving underprivileged children around the world hope and the chance to play.  In short, Freekicks gives individuals around the world the opportunity to play soccer.  Freekicks is a non-profit organization dedicated to bring soccer to communities around the world.   We bring the equipment, provide the coaching and ignite the passion.

It is Freekicks belief that charity must first start at home then spread out around the world.  Freekicks first local mission we will be at Britannia Elementary in Vancouver, one of the most underfunded and at risk schools in the Province.  Freekicks international mission will be held this October at the Rwentutu Community School in western Uganda.

Freekicks funding target is $30,000 for 2013.  With strong community support Freekicks have raised over $24,000 is less than four months. The generosity received will make a profound difference in people’s lives.

Testimonials:

“Adam was an inspiration! He connected with all the students and encouraged them to follow their passions and to strive to be the best they can be.” - Tara Zielinski, Vice Principle of Westbay School, West Vancouver, B.C.

"Adam was extremely well received, he did a fantastic job connecting and sharing this story of his past and present along with all the amazing projects he is doing now with Freekicks organization!"  - Sukh Kandola, Youth Outreach Worker, Capilano Community Services Society.

Adam started Freekicks with the desire for everyone to be provided the chance to play soccer.  Furthermore, one of Freekicks chief goals is to bring people together in a positive environment.  Soccer is a valuable platform where children can learn life skills such as, teamwork, friendship building, and discipline.  In addition, children can learn how to win gracefully and cope with the hardships of defeat. There are a plethora of joys that the wonderful game of soccer encompasses.  When children experience scoring a goal or making a fantastic pass this brings incredible excitements, not only to the individual scoring but also to the Freekicks organization as a whole.
