Mrs. Shacter is both a clinically and holistically trained nutrition and wellness consultant. She is a clinical dietitian at HealthSouth Sunrise Rehabilitation Hospital in Sunrise, Florida and has a private practice where she specializes in autoimmune conditions, pain, digestive issues, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Mrs. Shacter is also a Nutrition Instructor at Concorde University and is often a featured nutrition lecturer for wellness events and a nutrition writer for a variety of magazines throughout the US.
Staci is very passionate about making healthy food and supplements accessible to the kosher community. As the nutrition advisor at Kosher Organics she will lend her expertise to our growing group of certified companies encouraging them to make healthier choices with the products they produce.
