SOFIA, Bulgaria ( SharewellNewswire.com) September 13, 2012 – Masthead Studios, a leading independent game developer, today released new screenshots from their upcoming free-to-play shooter GUNS and ROBOTS (PC). The images accompanying this press release can be seen on the official webpage of the game at www.play-gar.com
A new set of screenshots highlights dynamic footage of PvP combat. The scenes are taken from one of the battle arenas – the Wild West. The abandoned western town map will cover vast terrain and will provide gameplay progression in different modes like this intense one-on-one deathmatch. All the screenshots are taken in game revealing two of the robots that will appear in the game. Robots are crafted with a lot of details. One of the screenshots depicts closely the town clock tower and surrounding buildings that will give players options to take cover and duck behind during battle.
The set of screenshots introduces fans to chassis and robot modules with diverse detail improvements as seen on the teaser trailer earlier. Several new models of chassis and bodies have been integrated into the game. The design team has been working hard since the game's official announcement a few months ago and they've managed to include quite a few things. New weapons are presented in high detail seen from the screenshots. Character customization will also come into play to feel the game specifics as the funny looking characters are facing each other in battle armed to the teeth.
The game benefits from incredibly detailed and unprecedented selection of map options. All maps can be played in different modes, at players discretion. However, some maps are specifically for "deathmatch" like the Western Battle Arena which is aimed at quick and really fun gaming.
The screenshots revealed today are testimony of intense and enjoyable battle experience that we all look forward later this year!
